Contact usAt Heime we make an agreement with the organization where you live. This is most often the condominium, housing association, housing developer or home-owner association.
Yes! Heime is fully integrated with Vipps. We have automated everything from payment to refund, so there is zero work for the board. We make sure that you comply with these norwegian laws: avtaleloven, forbrukerkjøpsloven, markedsføringsloven, angrerettloven, merverdiavgiftsloven, regnskapsførerloven and e-handelsloven.
No! We do not sell your data and the app does not contain advertisement. We charge an agreed fee per home per month. We only store data to make the neighborhood and the app better.
At Heime we love our customers. You can always call us (but preferably between 9-16 on weekdays). We work every day to make the app easy to use for everyone, always. We also offer info screens that are automatically synchronized with the rest of the platform.
Yes! Heime functions as a closed community only for your neighborhood. We are integrated with the Norwegian governmental mapping authority (kartverket) so we have full control over who has access. In addition, there are several settings that allow each individual to choose what they want to share and with whom.
No, absolutely not. On the contrary, Heime is designed to strengthen community, not replace it. The app makes it easier to share, organize and initiate activities, so you can be social when you like. Unlike other social media, our goal is for you to use the app for the shortest time possible.
